                        Case called repeatedly since morning but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Case file perused. This case has been adjourned for advancing arguments on an application for dismissal of the complaint moved by Ops but the complainant side is not taking any seriousness for the same and requested adjournment time and again which shows that it is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. It is 3.50 p.m.  Further wait seems not to be justified. As such, finding no justification in further adjourning the case, the complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
