  1. Authorized representative of respondent No.2 states that the appellant who is complainant in the case has already received an amount of Rs.2,40,000/- and no more amount is due any more. In order to establish her identity, authorized representative of respondent No.2 has filed copy of aadhar card, which is taken on record.
  2. Counsel for the appellant states that in view of the amount having been received by the appellant, he does not wish to continue with the present appeal. So, he may be allowed to withdraw the same.
  3. In view of the above, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
  4. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
