                   Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has appeared and made separate statement in which he says that due to technical ground, he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh before appropriate authority. Time consumer may kindly be condoned.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present complainant is hereby, dismissed with the liberty to file a fresh before appropriate authority. It would be open to the complainant to file an application before the District Forum under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for excluding the period spent before this Forum for the purpose of computation of Limitation in terms of the observations made by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Laxmi Engineering Works vs. PSG Industrial Institute (1995) 3 S.C.C. 583. A copy of the order be sent to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
