On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 02/02/ 2022. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today i.e. 03/08/2022, 23/01/2023 & 29/08/2023. Written Statement has already been filed by OP on  05/09/2022. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution as well as in light of territorial jurisdiction. File be consigned to record room.
