The revision has been filed with delay of 246 days. The Petitioner has not filed any application for condonation of delay. However, he has placed before us today an application for condonation of delay in which it is stated that the Petitioner is an old man of 65 years and age and did not know the technicalities of law. However, it is further stated in the application that the certified copy of the order dated 22.7.2008 was received by him on 2.9.2008. The case file was lying with the counsel for the Petitioner and from him it was received at belated stage in the month of March, 2009. Thereafter, the Petitioner fell ill and could not contact his counsel. In our opinion, the reasons given for condoning delay are not sufficient to condone enormous delay of 246 days. Accordingly, application for condonation of delay is rejected. Consequently, the revision is also dismissed with no order as to costs.
