Present:       Shri Amit Gupta, Advocate for complainant.

                   Shri Rakesh Lallar, Advocate for the OPs.

          Today, the case is fixed for consideration on application for impleading applicant as party. At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh any suit in the competent Court of law and permission may be granted to file fresh case. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh any suit/complaint in competent Court. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
