                   Keeping in view the even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. However, after the decision of Civil Suit No. CS/2342/2022 titled Bir Singh Vs. SDO UHBVN Ltd. etc., the complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint, if advised so and in afresh complaint, he will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its fate. File be consigned to records.
