Reena Rani Vs. UHBVNL

 

Present:       Sh. Ajay Arya, Adv. for the complainant.            

                    Sh. Bhupinder Kumar Shandilya, Adv. for the respondent.

 

                   Settlement report Ex.P1 received from the Mediation Cell and in terms of this settlement report Ex.P1, present complaint is, partly, accepted, as per following terms and conditions:-

1.          “Both the parties agreed for overhauling account of the  complainant.                                                                                     
2.           No interest/fine/surcharge will be charged from the consumer.
3.           Units consumed will be devided monthly, to give, the benfit for the lower rate of slab, to the consumer, as per tariff.                                      
4.           After rectification, a new bill will be issued before 30^th September,  2023.                                                                                                
5.           Excess amount charged will be adjusted, in future bills/credit voucher will be issued as the full payment of the bill, already              paid by the complainant/consumer.                                                                     
6.           Detailed calculation sheet will be provided to the consumer, for his satisfaction by the department (UHBVNL)”.

 

                   Due to amicable settlement between the parties, the parties are left to bear, their own cost of litigation. File be consigned to the records.
