Rajneesh Goyal Vs. UHBVN.

 

    Present:   Complainant in person.

                   Shri Subhash Kataria, Adv. for the OP No.1.

                   Shri Vikas Tomar, Adv. for applicant/OP No.2, who is ex-parte.   

                                                                         

                Today, the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. However, learned counsel for applicant/OP No.2 moved an application to join further proceedings and set aside ex-parte order dated 30.05.2022. Copy of the same supplied to the complainant. Thereafter, the complainant suffered a statement to the effect that in the present complaint, he has received the full amount, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same.

                Heard. Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the records, after due compliance.
