Present:       Sh Suresh Sharma Adv for the complainant.

                      Sh Hariender Pal Singh Corcha Adv for Op no.1 to 3.

                     Sh Sohan Lal Advocate for Ops Dharambir and Satbir Singh.

                  

                   The learned counsel for Op No.1 to 3 has made a statement that in view of the statement made by Sh Sohan Lal Sangwan Advocate for Ops Dharambir and satbir singh, the Deptt./Ops no.1 to 3, Op No.1 to 3 will release the electricity tubewell connection in favour of the complainant after completion of formalities as per the rules. His statement  has been recorded separately.

2.                   Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsels, I do not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same as having been fully satisfied. His statement has also been recorded separately.

3.               In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. However, Ops No.1 to 3 shall be bound by the statement made by their counsel. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
