Present:       Sh. Mustak Ali, Adv. for the petitioner.

                    Sh. Sushil Garg, Adv. for the respondents.

 

                Counsel for the petitioner suffered statement respondents by doing the compliance of order dated 7.12.2023 passed by this Commission released the tubewell electricity connection in favour of the petitioner and on behalf of the respondent no.1, on 9.12.2024 it was submitted the tubewell electricity connection was released in favour of the petitioner on 2.12.2024.

                   Keeping in view the statement of the counsel for the petitioner, it has not been warranted against the respondents in terms of order dated 2.12.2024 passed by this Commission salary  of the SDO of the respondent no.1 is hereby ordered to be released from attachment in this case only. Necessary intimation be sent to the SDO concerned, XEN concerned and MD of UHBVNL. Record of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records treating it fully satisfied.
