     Rajesh Kumar son of Shri Brij Pal Singh, aged about 53 years, R/o Village           Machhaunda, District Ambala.

     2.       The Sub-Division Officer, Operation Sub-Division No.A11-No.1, 12, Cross                      Road, Ambala Cantt.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                     Ms. Asha Rani, CA, SDO Sub Division No.1 for the OPs has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that the bills which had issued by the Department annexed with the complaint and bills raised thereafter had all been adjusted and rectified and the Bill No.5256512000 dated 15.12.2022 has been issued by the Department with payable amount of minus Rs.213/-. Now nothing is due towards each other.  Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the OPs. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint.      

                   In view of the statement suffered by the Ms. Asha Rani, CA, SDO for the OPs and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
