Present:-     None for the complainant

                     Today the case was fixed for appearance of the complainant . Court notice issued to the complainant received back served. The case been called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Sh Ashish Deswal, Advocate for the complainant has made a statement  that he has no instruction to appear on behalf of complainant. It seems that the complainant is no more interested in pursuing the present complaint. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, in the interest of nature justice, premission is granted to the complainant to file a fresh complaint if he so desire or advised. Certified copy of this order be supply to the parties concerned as per the rules and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
