Present:       Sh. SS Saini, Adv. for the applicant.

                    None for the respondent.

                  

1.                Notice of Miscellaneous Application dated 21.12.2023 served upon the respondent, through Sh. Bhupinder Kumar Shandilya, Adv. but no one has appeared from the side of the respondent and respondent is hereby ordered to be proceeded against ex-parte, qua, this application.

2.             Heard. Consumer Complaint No.292 of 2021 titled as Pushpal Devi Vs. UHBVN and another was finally decided by this Commission on 30.11.2023. Thereafter, complainant filed an application, stating, complainant’s name in the complaint has been wrongly been mentioned and this mistake also cropped up in the order dated 30.11.2023. Actual, the name of the complainant is Puspa and in order to substantiate this fact, complainant has shown her Aadhar Card. Copy of the same is on the record. Non-appearance of the respondent, despite, receipt of notice of application dated 21.12.2023, means, respondent has nothing to say inthis regard. Moreover, if the application is accepted, then, it is not going to cause, any sort of prejudice, to the respondent because, by no stretch of imagination, the substance of the order dated 30.11.2023 is going to be changed/altered/modified.

3.              Application dated 21.12.2023 filed by the complainant, is accepted and necessary correction is hereby done, in the original complaint as well as in original judgment (order) dated 30.11.2023. Necessary correction deemed to be done in all the certified copies, if, obtained by the parties as well as any person from the General Public. Miscellaneous application treated to be, as disposed off, accordingly and its record alongwith Consumer Complaint No.292 of 2021, again be consigned to the records.
