                   Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of decree-holder. It is already 2.45 P.M. No intimation is received regarding the non-appearance of decree-holder and his counsel. Further wait is not justified. It seems that decree holder is not interested to pursue the present execution petition.  So, in such like circumstances, present execution petition stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
