                 Settlement report dated 07.03.2024 from the Coordinator, Mediation Cell of this Commission received. The parties have arrived at settlement before the Mediation Cell and settlement report Ex.P1 placed on record. In view of the settlement Ex.P1, the complaint is, partly, accepted. The complainant will deposit Rs.11,483/- as full and final settlement of the matter within 7 days from today and on deposit of amount of Rs.11,483/- within stipulated period of 7 days, the opponents shall disconnect his electricity connection, permanently and will not levy any charges, such as disconnection charges. Parties are left to bear their own cost of litigation. File be consigned to the records.
