                   At this stage complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint due to technical group and permission may be granted for filling fresh complaint. In view of the statement of learned counsel fro complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to file fresh compliant. Orignal documents be returned as per rule.
