2.      Anand SO Accounts and his account Staff, UHBVN Limited, Sector-12, Karnal, who maintain the records of accounts of consumers of electricity of Karnal.

Kulbhushan Rai Chuchra-complainant earlier filed First Appeal No.1454 of 2017 against the impugned order dated September 07^th, 2017 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Karnal (District Forum).

2.      The appeal was accepted by this Commission vide order dated January 10^th, 2018 with a direction to restore the complaint. The District Forum was directed to issue notice to the complainant and opposite parties were directed to appear before the District Forum on February 28^th, 2017.

3.      Again the complainant has filed the instant appeal against the aforesaid order.

4.      Since, First Appeal No.1454 of 2017 against the order, under challenge, has already been decided by this Commission, this appeal is dismissed.
