          Challenge is to the orders dated December 24th, 2014 and January 23rd, 2015 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Karnal (for short, ‘District Forum’).

2.      Vide order dated December 24th, 2014, the complaint titled Smt. Krishna Kumari Versus Sub Divisional Officer, U.H.B.V.N.L and another was dismissed as withdrawn on the statement of learned counsel for Smt. Krishna Kumar- complainant.  An application was moved by the complainant to summon file and decide the complaint on merits but the same was also dismissed by order dated January 23rd, 2015.

3.      Learned counsel for the complainant has urged that only relief sought is that she may be permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the District Forum, Karnal. 

4.      Learned counsel for the respondents has fairly conceded that he has no objection in granting permission to the complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

5.      In view of above, the appeal is disposed of with liberty to the complainant to file fresh complaint before the District Forum on the same cause of action.
