Krishana Devi vs. UHBVNL.

 

Present:    None for complainant.

             Compliance of order dated 14.2.2020 has not been done by the complainant.  On 14.2.2020, this Forum made observation, according to UHBVNL is having one of the Sub Division at Sadhaura, Distt. Yamuna Nagar and is body corporate, which is required to be sued or be sued through person being overall incharge of its day to day affairs or its Chief Officer or Secretary. The complainant was advised to amend title of the complaint and was directed to file amended title on the next date of hearing i.e. 27.2.2020. On 27.2.2020, the complainant failed to do the compliance of order dated 14.2.2020 and he was allowed one more opportunity to do the compliance of the same on 12.3.2020 i.e. today itself. However, on today, despite having called the case several time since 10.30AM to 3.17PM, complainant failed to appear before the Forum, either in person or through any Advocate.  It seems the complainant is no more willing to prosecute the complaint.

                The complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance, however, the complaint shall be at liberty to file a fresh compliant against the respondents in the light of order dated 14.2.2020 passed by this Forum, if he is advised so. In the fresh complaint, he will mention particulars of this complaint and its fate. File be consigned to the records.
