Krishan Kumar Gupta vs. UHBVNL

CC No. 533 of 2014.

 

Present: Sh. K.K.Gupta, Advocate, complainant in person.

              Sh. Surinder Nanda, CA alongwith Sh. Jai Pal Singh, Advocate, for OPs.

 

                         Sh. Surinder Nanda, CA appeared on behalf of Ops and made a statement that the account bearing No. Y43YT251684K of the complainant has been settled by the OPs.

                         On the other hand, complainant made a statement that in view of the aforesaid statement, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                      In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
