                 On the basis of even date application filed by the complainant, file taken up on today.  The complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint with the leave to file a fresh one in the appropriate Forum.

                In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint/suit before the appropriate Forum, if advised so.  File be consigned to the records.
