               The case has been called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the Ops. It is already 3:00 PM. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned as per the rules and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
