3.  UTTER Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd., (UHBVN), through The Chief Engineer        (OP) Shakti Bhawan- Sector-6, Panchkula (Haryana).

                   Today, complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled with the department and he has applied under the scheme i.e Surcharge Reserve Scheme 2022. Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of this order passed in Pre-Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance
