COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

Present:       None for the complainant.

                   Mr.Ashwani Chaudhary, Adv., for the Ops.

 

                  

Today counsel for the Ops has placed on record a letter dated 26.05.2015 in which he states that the Ops have provided the regular electricity connection to the complainant after completing the necessary formalities within two days in compliance of the interim order dated 18.03.2015. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 pm. But there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint and is satisfied by the action of the Ops. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
