                   Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the OPs. At this stage, the Ld. Counsel for the Complainants, by making a separate statement, states that the Complainants do not want to pursue with the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled with the OPs; hence, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of Complainants, being fully satisfied.                             

                   Heard. In view of the statement by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainants, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
