Ravinder Chaudhary vs. UHBVNL

CC No. 139 of 2017.

 

Present: Sh. K.K.Gupta, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. Gulab Singh, Advocate, counsel for OPs.  

 

                        Today the case was fixed for consideration on stay application as well as for filing of CWs. However, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in the appropriate court, if so advised. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
