ORDER

Rajesh Mittal vs. UHBVNL

CC No. 1301 of 2012.

 

Present: Sh. Surinder Veer Singh Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. Dharamvir Singh, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                     Counsel for the complainant made a statement that matter has been compromised between the parties as per scheme of UHBVNL. According to compromise, the complainant will deposit Rs. 22435/- in six equal bi-monthly installments. The complainant had already paid Rs. 3740/- i.e. first installment to the OPs. Remaining installments will be paid as per settlement and he withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                         On the other hand, counsel for the Ops made a statement that as per scheme of UHBVNL, matter has been settled for an amount of Rs. 22,435/- and the same will be paid by the complainant in six bi-monthly installments.

                             In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
