                File taken up today on an application moved by the ld. counsel for the complainant for permission to withdraw the present complaint. However, the ld. counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement to the effect that as per scheme of the Electricity Board, the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same. So, in view of statement of the ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
