                        Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. However, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
