                        Case taken up at 2.30 P.M. and called repeatedly but this time also neither complainant nor his representative has put in appearance. Perusal of file reveals that on the previous date also, the complainant had not put in appearance wherefrom it appears that perhaps grievance of the complainant has been redressed and thus he has opted not to appear in the Forum.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance of the complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
