Present: Sh.Sunil Kumar, Adv.for complainant.
              Sh. Gulab Singh, Adv. for Ops.
        
             Today the case is fixed for arguments but the ld. counsel for the ops made a statement that the Ops have overhauled the account of the complainant vide annexure R.X and after overhauling the same adjusted an amount of Rs.2,14021/- in the account of the complainant and issued fresh bill (annexure RY) to the complainant for Rs.20,187/- which is to be deposited by the complainant and nothing remains due towards the complainant.  

             On the other hand the ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that as per the statement of the ld. Counsel for the Ops the complainant had already deposited a sum of Rs.20187/- on 18.6.2018 and does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

           In view of the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Copies of this order supplied to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
