 Sanjeev Kumar Versus UHBVN.

                    Today, the case is fixed for remaining arguments. However, ld. Counsel for the complainant made statement to the effect that he withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to file a fresh complaint.

                   Keeping in view of the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complainant.  Exemption of time spent before this forum is granted tn terms of the judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case titled “Luxmi Engineering Works versus PSG Industrial Institute (1195) 3 SCC page 583”. File be  consigned to record room after due compliance.
