                  Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs and after removing the technical/legal default, if any, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the opponents, and in fresh complaint, he will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its fate, by attaching certified copy of this order.  File be consigned to the records.
