            Case called several times since morning. But despite several calls, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case called twice before lunch and thrice after lunch. It is already 0250 pm. Further wait is not justified. Accordingly, we have no other option except to dismiss the present complaint in default for non prosecution. We order accordingly.
