                              Learned counsel for the DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that as per calculation of JDs/OPs, the DH/complainant has deposited an amount of Rs.8,232/- today itself. Hence, the execution application is satisfied. Now, he does not want to pursue the present execution application on behalf of DH/complainant and withdraw the same. Copy of the Bill receipt placed on file.

                   In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
