ORDER
Today the case was fixed for arguments.
At the time of arguments Sh.Priyank, SDO appeared before this Forum and made a statement that vide order dated 28.11.2013 passed by Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, Panchkula has already set the controversy of the present complaint at rest and prayer for disposing of the present complaint as per order dated 28.11.2013 has been made.
Learned counsel for the complainant also made a statement to the effect that the present complaint be disposed of keeping in view the statement of Sh.Priyank, SDO.
Order dated 28.11.2013 passed by Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, Panchkula has been placed on the case file as Annexure C48 & Annexure C49. The concluding port of that order is reproduced as under :
“The Forum after considering all the facts observed that consumption of the complainant in the bill for the month of May, 2013 as 8070 units are abnormal as per consumption date. The Forum considered all the facts and decides that complainant be got charged for 1896 units calculated as per load factor against the bill for the month of May, 2013 to be overhauled finally as per basis of consumption of corresponding period in future. The consumption of 3957 units for the bill for the month of February, 2013 of new meter installed be got decided as per check meter installed”
Keeping in view the above mentioned statements and the order dated 28.11.2013 passed by Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, Panchkula, present complaint is hereby disposed of with a direction to the OPs to comply with the order 28.11.2013 (Annexure C48 & Annexure C49) within a period of one month from the date of receiving of copy of this order. Parties are bound by their statement. Copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
