Present: Sh. Balbir Singh Rattewal, Advocate, for DH.

              None for JDs.

 

                       File taken up today on the application moved by the DH through his advocate Sh. Balbir Singh Rattewal and fresh power of attorney also filed by the counsel for the DH. Learned counsel for the DH made a statement recorded separately that order under execution application has been fully complied with and now nothing remains due towards the JDs and he wants to withdraw the present execution being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the DH, the present execution petition stands disposed off being fully satisfied. On the previous date on 21.11.2016 Non Bailable warrant was ordered to be issued in the name of Pankaj Deswal, SDO, UHBVNL, Chhachhrauli and the Assistant of this Forum is directed to recall the same immediately. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
