Mohan Lal Versus UHBVN.

Present:     Complainant in person.

               

                   Today, the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility of the complaint.  The complainant made statement to the effect that he withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to file afresh complaint. 

                Keeping in view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
