Present:          Shri Dalip Kumar , Advocate for complainant.

                      Shri Mukesh kumar, CA authorized Representative for OPs.                  

           

                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, Authorised representative for OPs has made a separate statement in which he states that as per Mhara Gaon Scheme sales Circular No.U-05/2017 surcharge from dated 09.07.2013 has been waived off till today.

                        Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has heard the statement of OPs and agreed with the same and wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
