Jindu Ram Versus UHBVNL

CC No. 220 of 2015.

 

Present: Sh. Niranjan Singh Saini, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

               Sh. Zile Singh, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

             

                        Counsel for the complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and now nothing remains due towards the OPs. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
