Jasmer Singh vs. UHBVNL.

 

Present:    None for petitioner.

                 Sh.Balinder Singh, Adv. for opponents.

 

                The counsel for opponents submitted the order dated 30.3.2017 has been complied with by the opponents. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, despite having called the execution petition several time since morning, it means, the petitioner is no more willing to prosecute with the present execution petition. The present execution petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh execution petition, if the order dated 30.3.2017 has not been compiled by the opponent.
