Gian Singh Vs. The SDO (OP) UHBVN

Execution No.4 of 2016

 

Present:          Mr. Sushil Kaushal, Advocate for complainant/DH.

                      Mr. Pankaj Deswal, SDO (OP) along with Shri Balinder Singh,  Advocate.

 

 

                        Today the present execution is fixed for compliance of order/judgment dated 11.12.2015 passed in CC No.848/2013. Shri Pankaj Deswal, SDO (OP) made a statement that tube-well connection of the complainant had already been released and the amount of Rs.6000/- (Rs.5000/- + Rs.1000/-) awarded by this Forum will be adjusted in the account of Shri Gian Singh, in the next coming electricity bill.

                        On the other hand, learned counsel for the DH/complainant made a statement that in view of the statement made by the SDO he does not want pursue further the present execution and withdraw the execution being fully satisfied. Statement of both the parties recorded separately.

                        In view of the statement of both the parties the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
