Heard on admission of the complaint. Perusal of contents of complaint as well as documents annexed thereto i.e.  copies of DDR and  PMR, nowhere reveals that the complainant falls in the definition of consumer as per  Consumer Protection Act  rather the matter involved in this case falls within the ambit of Fatal Accident Act and thus  we are of the view that Civil Court is the best platform for  adjudication of such type of dispute.  Therefore, we have no option except to dismiss the same in limine. However, the complainant is granted liberty to approach the appropriate Forum accordingly. The complainant can have all the original documents, if any, relied upon in this case and the office is also directed to handover the same, if any, attached with the complaint against proper receipt & identification. Copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of cost, as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
