                        Today the case was fixed for consideration. Learned counsel for the complainant had made a statement on dated 07.02.2017 that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical fault. So, he withdraws the present complaint with permission to file the same in the appropriate court/Forum/authority.

                       In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in the appropriate authority/court, if so advised. The Assistant is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copies of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
