          Today the case is fixed for filling calculation by the complainant –Dh. But despite last opportunity, the complainant – DH has failed to file the same. Furthermore, today case called several times since morning. Case called twice before lunch and thrice after lunch.

But none has appeared on behalf of the complainant – DH before this forum. It is already 03.40 pm. Further wait is not justified. It appears that the complainant – DH is least interested in pursuing the present execution petition. Accordingly, we have no other option except to dismiss the present execution petition in default for non- prosecution. We order accordingly.

File be consigned after due compliance.
