A letter has been received from the respondent stating that he is unable to appear since his house as well as the village is completely washed away due to floods.  Seeks time.

            This revision petition was filed against the order of the District Forum Orissa directly before this Commission since at that time the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Orissa was not functioning. 

            Counsel for the petitioner states that he has now received information that the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Orissa has been constituted and is functioning. 

            Counsel for the petitioner is directed to file revision petition/appeal before State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Orissa.

            We had granted stay against the execution of this order vide our order dated 19.11.2012.  Stay to continue till the parties put in appearance before State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Orissa on 21.11.2013.

            Revision petition stands disposed of in above terms.

            Copy of this order be sent to the respondent with a directed to appear before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Orissa on the date fixed i.e. 21.11.2013.
