Today the case is fixed for appearance of complainant as well as issuing notice to OPs. Notice issued to complainant through process server and the same has been received back with the report of served. But none appeared on behalf of complainant.

Notice to OPs could not be issued due to non-filing of copies and RC Etc. Today again none appeared on behalf of complainant. At the same time, the complainant has not filed the hard copies of the complaint and the documents despite the order of this Commission. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint. There are no sufficient grounds for further adjourning this case for the purpose of making compliance of order of this Commission by the complainant. Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for non-compliance of order of this Commission as well as non-appearance of complainant.

Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to records after due compliance.
