Perused application filed on behalf of Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., who was petitioner in revision petition No. 773/2009, seeking certain clarification of clerical error that has crept in the order dated 10.09.2009. In fact, joint inspection was made on 21.01.2005 and not on 21.10.2005 which is inadvertently mentioned in the order. It is accordingly made clear that the date of joint inspection mentioned in the order should be read as 21.01.2005. Secondly, in the operative part of the order, the period for raising energy bill should be from 22.10.2004 to 21.01.2005 which was inadvertently mentioned as 22.10.2004 to 2005. The order dated 10.09.2009 should be read as such, as indicated above. Application for modification is accordingly disposed of in above terms. A copy of the order be sent to respondent also.
