As per complaint, buffaloes died in the month of December 2012 and January, 2013 and this complaint has been filed on 20-11-2015, therefore, the same appears to be not maintainable as time barred. More over, there is no document on file showing that buffalos of complainant had been insured by the OP.2 Since, there appears no lapse on the part of Ops 1 & 2 and the complaint, in hand is time barred, therefore, the same is dismissed being not maintainable. Copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost, as per rules. The file, after due completion and registration be consigned to the Record Room.
